We work closely with our clients and adopt a collaborative approach to the design process, so that they directly benefit from our vast knowledge and experience of installation. In addition where required, our computer-aided design (CAD) team provide accurate and detailed plans, empowering our clients with real insight into the proposed works and mitigating any potential misunderstandings or miscalculations that might occur. Our team use Autodesk Revit® building design software, specifically built for Building Information Modelling (BIM).
JCR Security deploys specialist engineers guaranteeing that work is carried out proficiently and professionally, but also assigns each client with a single point of contact to ensure smooth communication and effective relationship management.
We view delivery management as a key part of the process and place great emphasis on the handover. We personally deliver client training with every installation. Clients receive a DVD with a recording of the training. All files and documentation are also provided electronically so that the client has all support documentation and training at their fingertips. That said, our responsibility does not end after the handover, our relationship managers are always at hand should the client need to be in touch. In our opinion, relationship management is as much about action as reaction and we like to remain in close contact with our clients regardless.
